Healthy paneer,oats and mix veg tikki

Ingredients:

> 250 gm mashed paneer.
> 1 carrot grated
> 1 capsicum chopped
> 1 onion finely chopped
> 1 tbsp roasted jeera powder
> 1 tbsp red chilli powder
> 1 tbsp black pepper
> 5-6 tbsp oats
> Salt according to taste
> 1 cup breadcrumbs.

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Divide the mixture in 8 parts
3. Shape it into sphere and flatten the two opposite sides to form a disc structure.
4. Heat non stick pan.
5. Grease the pan with oil.
6. Cook on low flame till crisp.
7. Serve hot

[ THIS DISH CAN BE USED AS A PATTY FOR BURGER OR SANDWICHES OR CONSUMED JUST LIKE THIS WITH CORIANDER CHUTNEY OR TAMARIND CHUTNEY]
